Good Debt - Credit that is used to purchase items that retain or increase in value over time. Examples include a college education or job training and a home purchase or improvements.

Gross Income - The amount of earnings before deductions such as income taxes and Social Security. Gross income is calculated by prorating a worker's annual salary according to the number of pay periods or by multiplying an hourly wage rate by the number of hours worked.

Growth Fund - A mutual fund that invests in stock with an objective of capital appreciation.
