Umbrella Liability Coverage - Excess liability insurance that supplements the liability limits of a homeowner's or renter's policy and automobile insurance policy.
Unsecured Debt - A debt that is secured only by a borrower's promise to repay it, rather than by some type of collateral. A common example of an unsecured debt is the balance on a credit card.
U.S. Savings Bonds - Available in two forms (Series EE and inflation-adjusted Series I), these are low-cost federal debt securities. Interest on both types of savings bonds is adjusted semi-annually on May 1 and November 1 according to market conditions.
