Curreny Exchange

Currency exchange is a form of trading that occurs when a country's currency is traded for another's at a calculated exchange rate. For purposes of general trade, from country to country, a person may need to trade in this manner among currencies to purchase goods in a certain country. In the currency exchange market, called forex, a person trades or exchanges currency with the specific intention of redeeming a profit afterwards. To do this, they first must invest into a certain currency, such as the United States dollar, and then will exchange that currency for one they believe will be more profitable. Like other investments, currency changes with time, based on the state of the country's economy. When the currencies are traded, changes to their value will occur at rates unknown to the traders, causing each trader to, as a result, lose or gain.
