As a consumer, its only natural to seek fast credit repair to resolve problems on your credit. However it is important to understand that no company can simply remove records from your credit. When an inaccurate or incorrect record takes place, there may be cause for a change to take place on your credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the consumer has the right to dispute records that aren't completely accurate. These records are then to be removed from the consumer's credit report, if they are indeed proved to be incorrect. Other than this, the only way for a person to truly improve their credit is do do so with time, and even disputing records is not instantaneous. After using good credit practices, consumers can "rebuild" themselves back into good credit, but this will only take place after years. The unfortunate truth for consumers is that, unless an error has occurred, you will end up paying for financial mistakes to some extent.
