Low Interest Student Loans

Low interest student loans are a kind of loans that, rather than being high in interest like many student loans, consist of low interest. In the United States, the federal government funds two such loans for college students. After filing the FAFSA prior to the deadline, the student becomes eligible for consideration of these two loans along with college grants, scholarships, and other loans. There are two types of these federal loans offered, and two options for each type of loan. Using a Stafford loan, either subsidized or unsubsidized, students can qualify for substantial loan funding without a consideration to their credit or lack thereof. Using a Perkins loan, either subsidized or unsubsidized, students are again given the opportunity for lending, but more so because of simple need than credit. Students can wait out payments for the years up until their graduation and some months afterwards.
