Trust

A trust is a financial arrangement in which property from one individual is placed in control of a third party before it is given to the intended receivers of the trust money. The third parties that handle the property are called trustees. The creator of the trust works with a trustee or trustees to create the documentation outlining the arrangements for the trust. The property involved can be anything at all, and there is almost no limit to the stipulations of the trust. There are a myriad of forms of trusts that can be created to fit the desires of the creator. The receivers of the trust are called beneficiaries.
