Notice of Request for Qualifications and Proposals - Information Technology Services - Business Strategy Deployment
Notice is hereby given that the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified firms to facilitate the development of an Information Technology - Strategic Business Plan. This work will include a complete evaluation and assessment of the NJEDA’s current systems, evaluation of the personnel requirements needed to support the operations, recommendations regarding a modified or new Information Technology Strategy and the development of an implementation plan that outlines the necessary actions and a proposed timeline for the implementation of the new or modified Information Technology Strategy. Such implementation plan would include specific details regarding recommended: systems, architecture, software, hardware, networking infrastructure (e.g. telecommunications), etc. Staffing, Financial and Budget requirements will also be addressed. The firm selected to provide these services will be required to hold all subconsultant contracts to provide the services required by the NJEDA. Furthermore, the selected firm may be retained by the NJEDA, on a sole source basis, to provide additional information technology related services, at the sole discretion of the NJEDA.
Firms which meet the qualifications described in the RFQ/P are invited to submit a Proposal which must include the specific experience and qualifications of the firm. The Proposal must be responsive to the RFQ/P including all compliance documentation. Firms submitting a Proposal which provides evidence documenting the qualifications described in the RFQ/P before the closing date will be considered for selection, subject to any limitations indicated with respect to the specialized experience or other qualifications required. Price and other factors will be considered in the selection of the successful firm.
